ICT Innovations 2017

This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 9th International Conference on Data-Driven Innovation, ICT Innovations 2017, held in Skopje, Macedonia, in September 2017. The 26 full papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 90 submissions.
