Is it possible for a pastor to fall in love with one of his members and live happily ever after? What if the pastor was white? What if the member was black? What if the church was in Alabama? In His Eyes is an inspirational fictitious romance novel about an African American antique collector, named Rita Young, who sought God's counsel after her father, Reverend W.C. Young died, and found great solace and love in his replacement, Pastor Michael Green. Together- the two of them found the kind of love that would allow them to withstand the very prejudices that threatened to tear them and their families apart while teaching others that "true" love has nothing to do with race but God's amazing grace.
