In Search of My Heart

We owe our structure and solidity to the forces of adhesion, cohesion, attraction and repulsion. Keeping a balance is our main goal. Good that we have memories, but because memory is not a perfect processor and it is so fragile that any fraught Situation causes a negative thought that can lead to physical pain or illness. In search of my heart is a coloring diary to help you process your memories. It is a spaceship that can help you to travel to any places your fears or maybe the pressure of civilization stopped you from going to. Its a series of images with no concrete existence. Only with your color pencils or palette and imagination, you will decide what are those images and describe the new galaxies you found by just following your train of thoughts and freedom. Trapped in a body, freedom is what everyones spirit is seeking.
From children to adults, it will help you in writing and being creative, abstract thinking, symbolism, puzzling and reflexion. It will help you also with depression and anxiety and keep a balance between letting go and holding on. Developing continuous concentration, awareness of the senses, active imagination and increase your learning potential. The only effort this book will require from you is the courage to shut down any voices in your head, such as complexities, expectation, negative rumination of the past, blame, comparison to others and accept to listen to the narration youve been writing from the start until now and conquer a sense of safety, identity, connection, strength, and autonomy that you can stay in touch with the self and be at peace. A title will give you a sense of direction, the date will save the memory, and the time, of course, will bring you back to the present moment. Have fun with your family and friends.
