Bonnie Elias is a retired educator, having been a coordinator of Talented and Gifted Programs in Ohio for fourteen years of the 24 she worked in education. Having heard stories from acquaintances and friends as well as enjoying reading, Bonnie decided to write her first novel and incorporate some of those stories into making Della's story in the novel of In Search.
