In the Blink of Time

'This is for you, ' Laura's grandmother says, and so begin Laura's adventures as the Zecrof Guardian, protector of the Zecrof locket, with the power to travel into the past. With her uncle David, cousin Steve, brother Bob and sister Mandy, fourteen-year-old Laura's first journey takes her into AD 845, where no coastal village is safe from the Viking raiders that threaten England's shores. Laura and her companions are swiftly drawn into the battle against these marauders. But Laura has her own threat to worry about: Upsilon, who will stop at nothing to undermine the Zecrof Guardian with his evil and trickery. But as Laura embarks on her plan to save the villagers, Upsilon hatches a plan of his own.
