FORCED TO ADAPT TO A PLANET FILLED WITH MONSTERS ...

ELIANA VESTON is a scout living on the recently colonized planet KAMARIA. She is tasked with exploring the new world to help colonists adapt. Scouting is dangerous work, primarily due to an airborne bacteria that paralyzes human lungs. Every day, more colonists succumb to lung-lock and die.

THE AUK'NAI, life-forms native to Kamaria, possess the last element needed to create the cure. Eliana must convince these advanced alien birds to help before the arrival of thousands of new colonists-or else the casualties will pile up until humanity is snuffed out entirely.

DENTON CASTUS lives in a small colony on Jupiter's largest moon, where he works in his family's machine shop. With the arrival of THE UNDRIEL, the nightmarish machines that are taking over the Sol System one planet at a time, Denton and his family must flee for Kamaria.

Now Denton is caught up in humankind's final exodus, a desperate escape on an untested interstellar vessel from an impossible enemy. He and twenty thousand others plan to start a new life on an unknown world that may not be ready to support them.

But Kamaria has its own plans. 

THE SIREN, an ancient being born of the planet itself, learns of humanity's flight from the Undriel. She is convinced the machines are still in pursuit. To save her homeworld, she must eradicate humanity from Kamaria before the Undriel arrive.

It will be ADAPTATION or EXTINCTION.
