For centuries, India's rich storytelling tradition has brought to life the legends of gods, goddesses, and heroes, shaping culture, faith, and values. From temple carvings to oral tales shared during festivals, these stories have been a guiding light for generations. But in today's fast-paced world, many of these traditions risk fading away. This book revives and preserves the timeless stories behind India's vibrant festivals, offering readers-especially those educated in English-an opportunity to reconnect with their roots. Dive into a treasure trove of mythology and folklore, rediscover the wisdom of the past, and experience the magic of storytelling that continues to inspire and enlighten.
