Information of Value and Its Effective Delivery

This paper began by asserting its overall premise that the military's way of viewing, attributing value to, and delivering information is faulty and, as a result, is a major contributing factor to the right decision makers not having the right information at the right time. In supporting this premise, a lot of information and new thinking was presented, from which several conclusions about both the present and the future, as they involve information, can be drawn.
