Instructional Media encompasses all the materials and physical means an instructor might use to implement instruction and facilitate students' achievement of instructional objectives. This may include computer labs, classroom technology, Blackboard, and audio and video conferencing. Instructional Communication is the study of how communication relates to learning within any environment. This includes traditional (and nontraditional) teaching in schools, educational television, training in companies, and distance learning. Effective instruction builds bridges between students' knowledge and the learning objectives of the course. Using media engages students, aids student retention of knowledge, motivates interest in the subject matter, and illustrates the relevance of many concepts. Furthermore, Instructional Media assist teachers to transmit the knowledge in an impressive way making learning more effective as they help learners in greater acquisition of knowledge. They also help to draw pupils' attention and improve classroom discipline. There are six essential components of this model of instruction. This research involved four of these: teachers, students' perceptions of teachers' verbal and nonverbal communication behaviors, students' perceptions of the teachers' source credibility and task attractiveness, and instructional outcomes.
