International project of the territories

This essay deals with the management of the international action of French local authorities. It is divided into two parts. The first part proposes elements of framing and methodology for strategic and operational management of international projects. The second part transcribes six case studies inspired by concrete experiences. Each case is contextualized and presents the problems encountered and the solutions adopted.
