Introspection

Introspection is a curation of poetry and journal prompts about self love, relationships, body image, heartbreak, feminism and self exploration. Comprised of three chapters; The Surrender, The Healing & The Expansion, this book has been written to help women find their light through relatable sentiments and to inspire them to heal themselves through deep introspection and unconditional self love.

As I share my story, I wish to give you the space to share yours, through thought-provoking journal prompts and affirmations to empower you to rewrite your story. This book is an ode to women everywhere-
