It Is Wonderful to Have Breasts!

"Mummy, why do I have breasts?" So begins this beautiful dialogue where curiosity meets discovery. The simple, beautiful act of witnessing her baby brother breastfeeding becomes an encounter with the anatomy, the development, the biology and the chemistry of breasts. And, of course, the deep emotional connections that come with breastfeeding.

I trained for years as a physician, only to discover that a person's health goes far beyond the physical aspect. It is a balance between what we think, what we feel, how we treat our body and how our body works. This is my purpose today: to contribute to healthy and meaningful lives, by means of viewing the person as a whole.
