Jamestown Tobacco Boy Dream of Freedom: A Fantasy Adventure Book with a Positive Message for Ages 8-11.

This is the tale of an African slave named Sabra who arrived in colonial Jamestown, Virginia in 1619 aboard a ship carrying a cargo consisting of himself and twenty other Africans.
The story is set in1679 when Sabra is an old man. Sabra tries desperately to leverage any bit of power that he has, to protect the people around him. He makes it his mission to guide a young slave boy named Daniel who is like a grandson to him.
Sabra helps Daniel to navigate in his difficult world and to take a mystical journey in which the boy comes to understand his own power and the true meaning of freedom.
