Journal of Economics Supplementa: 1 - 5 Master Index for Articles and Book Reviews for Vols 1-50

Over 50 volumes of this journal have been published in 60 years. This index reports the activities of the various managing editors over this time and has been prepared by the present Managing Editor of the journal, Dieter Boes. The cumulative index is divided in three sections. In the first section, all the articles, notes ("Miscellanea") and memoranda, which appeared in volumes 1 - 50, are classified. The articles which appeared in the five supplementa are also included. In the second section articles and notes of both regular volumes and supplementa are classified according to subject, applying the subject classification of the Journal of Economic Literature. The second section has been restricted to English-language articles and notes. This restriction reflects the anticipated use of the subject index by the international research community, for whom English language publications are of greatest interest. In the third section the book reviews of volumes 1 - 50 are classified with the name of the reviewer mentioned in brackets. This reference book on mathematical economic theory of medium and high level difficulty and econometric case studies of general interest is intended for researchers in the above mentioned fields.
