John Jones, a Christian Realtor in Macon, GA was diagnosed with cirrhosis of the liver-a terminal illness- in June 2006. He was told by his doctor he only had a few months to live, was prohibited from working, from driving a car, and from having any visitors in his home. In February 2007, he had a liver transplant, two heart attacks and kidney failure all within three weeks.

John Jones loves God and God's Word. He is an active Christian and has served as a Bible teacher, spiritual counselor, deacon and trustee in his local church. He was born and raised on a farm in Georgia. John is a graduate of the University of Florida. He has been employed by the FBI, Federal Reserve Bank, a large insurance company and owned and operated three real estate companies. He presently sells real estate in Macon, Georgia.

John has served as President and Director of the Middle Georgia Association of Realtors in Macon, Georgia and has been selected as a previous Realtor of the Year. He has served as a Director of the Georgia Association of Realtors and was a nominee for Georgia Realtor of the Year. John is a Life Member and former Director of the Greater Macon Chamber of Commerce.

John is married to Nellie. They have two grown children - Ricky and Kathy. John, Nellie and children all live in Macon, Georgia.
