Justice League Elite: Vol. 1

The Justice League of America - Superman, Batman, the Flash, Martian Manhunter, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern and Manitou Raven - are the world's greatest super-heroes. But there are some missions that the Justice League cannot carry out; missions too politically sensitive or ideologically divisive. That's where the Elite come in. Led by Vera Black, sister of deceased supervillain Manchester Black, and including energy-projector Coldcast, the mysterious 'Hat', and many other heroes, the Elite resolve to take on the missions that others cannot. Even some of the League itself are sympathetic to the Elite's mission - until an early battle leaves the Elite looking for a murderer within its own ranks...
