Jyll 'N' Jak: 'It's who we are inside'

A nursery rhyme for modern times, supporting the right of honest individual expression.The story introduces twin siblings who grow up in a traditional setting where they find themselves at odds with the established concepts of gender identity. In their formative years they are surrounded by the intolerance which is pervasive in their environment and within prevailing social attitudes. This work of fiction specifically addresses gender identity issues and celebrates transgender heroes.
