Kids' Helpful Guide

A cram-packed journal with 120 pages of tailormade activities, created to help children manage when a loved one dies by suicide. This guide is aimed at children aged 7-11 years.

• The artwork is created so that you can colour it in and make your journal look how you want it to.
• We recommend using colour pencils or crayons.
• The pages have been created in a deliberate order but you don't necessarily need to stick to it.
• Everyone is different so a few of the pages might not be suitable for you.
• We have added some quotes to support and inspire you along the way. They are ready to colour in.
