The intensive preoccupation with the subject of genetic engineering in crop production revealed strange excesses of this technology. It's about global trade in agricultural goods, trial periods in the open air, licensing procedures with unbelievable processes, political decisions and their excesses, as well as so-called scientific studies that defy description, right up to scientists who thank today for the massive public resistance and get out of this research area. However, this combined with the indication that what is now being tried with CrisprCas is even worse! It is about the condemnation and denunciation of people who speak up publicly with their concerns. How they tried to pull me out of circulation with the help of the state authorities - imprisonment and expropriation were the result. The successes of my resistance weigh far more, however: a referendum in November 2005 on "GMO-free Switzerland", which has been in place to this day; Labeling "ohne Gentechnik" 2006; a ban on the cultivation and distribution of Bt maize "Mon 810" by Monsanto in 2009; no free trade agreement between Ukraine and Europe; Russia Bans Genetically Modified Soy "Roundup Ready" from Monsanto and criminalizes the trade and distribution of genetically modified seeds and animal feed; In 2014 shiploads of genetically modified maize were returned from Beijing to the USA (claims for damages between the trading house Cargill and Syngenta); The publication of my scientific work on the cause of death of my dairy cows in the EU Commission in January 2016 completely silences the lobbyists of the industry. Now it was time to publish my conclusions in this book.
