Kirby Engineering West Coast Project is the third in a series of books about the Kirby Company. West Coast operations are the stories of how Kirby continues to rebuild the U.S. power grid under the leadership of Tom who assumes the office of president. The company meets many new challenges as they continue to maintain and upgrade the nation power grid. New challenges arise when they cross Indian tribal lands. Friction between members from the tribal council and interference by the government lead to many unforeseen problems and new solutions are needed.
The ever present danger of working in hazards conditions on the power grids are always present and catches up with the company in West Virginia.
