Amidst the cacophony of mass media, one can rarely make out the voice of the Church. There is no lack of empirical attempts to solve the problem by means of the usual PR and advertising techniques, but they appear to have been of limited success. This study seeks a new approach. The likelihood of communication reaching its intended target audience can be improved by using a systems theory based calculus.
