Lady Beverley's Redemption

Young Lady Beverley Murray happily entered the library and immediately collapsed at the sudden shock of discovering her father’s dead body. When she regained consciousness, the butler was bending over her and accusing her of murder. Unfortunately, the authorities agreed with the butler and Lady Beverley found herself in the midst of a difficult and emotional battle to prove her innocence. 

 

Orphaned and alone, Bevie had nowhere to turn for help until a famous London detective, Mr. Hydemark, offered his services. To complicate matters, two strangers unexpectedly arrived on the scene. The first claimed to be Lord Burnside’s legal heir while the second visitor grudgingly announced that Bevie was his legal ward according to Lord Burnside’s will. Twists and turns, kidnappings, multiple suspects, a touch of romance, and a sprinkling of humor weave a tale of intrigue and interest in the life of a Victorian Age aristocrat.
