As competing salesmen in the construction-equipment business, Tom Brandent and Jack Fisher were well acquainted with change. Whether customer requirements, production schedules, or contract negotiations, change was just part of the job. But that's business. In their personal lives, they found change to be more challenging.

Tom tried for years to have a better relationship with his brazen supervisor, Jonathan, but nothing seemed to work - he needed out. As a Christian, will Tom take a leap of faith and allow God to work in his life to bring about his need for change?

As an unbeliever, Jack also has faith...in himself. He had built his career on his skills, talents, and shady art of persuasion and wasn't about to let anything but positive change in his life; until he learns, change is not always negotiable.
