Although English has been known as the global language worldly to be used as an economical, technological, and scientific language; still there have been some monolingual societies which their native languages are not English. Monolingual societies have got various resistances toward accepting new languages which narrowed down to a plenty of cultural and self-identity impacts to look into. Therefor a qualitative research on resistances in a monolingual society took place to reveal the inner layers of current situation toward learning English as a foreign language (EFL) through this book.
