This is the second of two volumes for students preparing for the Professional Diploma in Law examination, covering the four subjects included in the syllabus for Year Two: contract and consumer law, employment law, family law, wills, probate and succession. In addition to satisfying the requirements for the Institute's syllabus, this book will help the student understand how the law works in practice. Frequent references are made to significant cases, which are fully explained. The book also contains examples of statutes and law reports to enable the student to gain familiarity with the primary sources of law.
