This book is a composite of insights gained by the author throughout fifty-seven years of experience as a pastor and educator. Hopefully his insights will give the reader an advantage he did not have, and keep others from having to learn some of the lessons he had to learn.

In every field, whether it is secular or religious, there is a demand for leadership. In business and industry, dynamic leadership is much sought after and is well-compensated.

Today's increasing demands on our church and ministry leaders necessitates the ongoing development of outstanding leaders. Developing effective leaders is an essential requirement for the continued growth of any ministry.
