Richard has pastored churches in Blythe, CA (1968-1963) Bloomington, CA (1975-1985) and the church he founded in Coachella Valley CA (1985-1998) Twenty-Nine Palms in Thousand Palms, CA (2005-2007) Richard has served the Southern California Assemblies of God Network as both presbyter and executive presbyter.  He is the founding President of the Southern California Assemblies of God Founders Fund which he served from 1998-2006.  As president he assisted hundreds of people in preparing Christian will and also brought $45 million in assets under management.
