This first volume of the 4-E's Bible Study Series begin with 2 John and then the first chapter of 1 John. The author takes the approach that 2 John was a cover letter to 1 John sent to several church in Asia Minor. The six chapters covering 2 John are thematic, setting the stage for the study of 1 John. Part 2 covers 10 chapters that explore in detail the first chapter of 1 John. These Scriptures (2 John and 1 John 1) are also written in a paraphrase that helps the reader in their study of this portion of the Scripture.
