Life in the Viewing Lane

Feelings, Fantasies and Forgots ... This book is a compilation of poems, happenings, reflections, flash fiction stories, and short stories accrued over several decades. Many of the pieces involve nature and its connection to the Creator. Some pieces reflect observations of people and their habits and eccentricities, such as The Blue Hair Express which describes a collection of elderly ladies who regularly take the "church bus" to their place of worship on Sundays. A number of the reflections describe life and places in a bygone era. The haiku poems contain profound wisdom, at least in the author's eyes.
