Life Is Hard

Some incidents in life create situations that require a new start. Loss of a job, a divorce, remarriage, a crippling accident-the list goes on. Like AI on computers, the mind can create its own worthless, inaccurate, or faulty information. It does not have to come from the outside. That is why it is so critical that we exercise great care in what we allow into our minds and what we allow our minds to dwell on.
