Life is not easy. Trials and tribulations, many go through these things in life. To break free from pain, we typically wander through dark paths in search of love and happiness. Out of desperation, our wandering leads us to dangerous places. Yet, amid this, you are not alone. There is One that never leaves your side. The joy and peace that you so desperately seek is not of this world, and He yearns to give it to you. As you venture through my life through this collection of poetry, my prayer is that the Love that captured me, the Intimacy I have with Him, and journey of my Faith, Edifies you. Take this relatable journey with me and experience the one true love that has the power to set you free once and for all. Desirée Castillo is a poet that has been writing for the past 25 years. Her hope is that she can share what Jesus has done in her life and touch the lives of multitudes through her gift of poetry. She desires for many to experience the same love and deliverance that she experienced. She is passionate about her relationship with Christ, loves to spend time with her family, and travel the world. Desiree and her husband Jonathan are the parents of two beautiful daughters, Angelina and Cataleya, and own a wonderful dog named Heidi.
