Lighten Up

In this book the reader can find a holistic and comprehensive explanation of how the structure and the mechanics of existence work. It gives many contemporary examples of how often we resist recognising its simplicity. We frequently prevent ourselves from being happy, and successful. This book suggests how you can allow your life to unfold naturally, as it is intended. When I use the term being 'successful', I do not refer to the idea of having a "good" job, a partner, and fitting well into our societies. My definition of being successful is: - 'Allowing myself to be, at any moment of my life, as much of me so I can, while being aware of my holistic self. Being more of who I truly Am. Following my passion and excitement, only because I enjoy it. Knowing that I AM always on the right path, which connects me to my core being, which is unconditional love. At the same time knowing that my choice reflects my preference. Other people's preferences do not need to be devalued as any less.
