La prsente tude se propose, d'une part, d'tudier l'impact de la qualit exprientielle perue d'une destination touristique sur la satisfaction des touristes. Et d'autre part, d'examiner l'influence de la satisfaction sur l'intention de retour et de diffuser un bouche oreille positif autour de cette destination. Pour ce faire, nous avons men une tude quantitative par le biais d'un questionnaire auprs de 152 touristes. Nous avons choisi le Sahara tunisien comme destination touristique et l'enqute a t mene en face face au sein de la destination dans des htels situs dans cette destination et dans des bus touristiques visitant cet endroit. Les rsultats rvlent que la qualit exprientielle perue d'une destination touristique influence la satisfaction des touristes. Ils montrent aussi que la satisfaction son tour influence l'intention de revisite et l'intention d'mettre un bouche oreille favorable autour de la destination. Des implications marketing ont t suggres.
Studies on the perceived experiential quality of a tourist destination are almost lacking. The present study aims, firstly, at studying the impact of perceived experiential quality of a tourist destination on tourist satisfaction. Secondly, it intends to examine the influence of satisfaction on the intention of going back and spreading a positive word of mouth about this destination.
