The Book club meeting ended as Glynn, Sollie, Onawhim, Penna and Iris spilled into the parking lot to continue their discussion. Without warning, they noticed an unusual cloud floating overhead. Seductive aromas surround the five women, as they breathTransformationed in deep lung-fulls of unknown chemicals:

Their transformation begins.

The chemicals they inhaled affected their brain function with each acquiring a unique set of enhanced abilities. Over the next weeks they gradually become amazingly smarter, incredibly efficient, highly persuasive, super-empathetic and more successfully prescient than each thought possible, effectively acquiring the very life-changing powers they've secretly desired.

But when Glynn was asked by the head partner of her law firm to research and evaluate a new chemical fertilizer (SCAB), things began to go wrong. She unwittingly gave her boss an incorrect assessment of SCAB and realized her mistake too late!

Horrified that her error might result in a potential ecological disaster, Glynn and her book club friends devise a plan to set thing right. They quickly find themselves up against an assortment of corrupt politicians, scheming business leaders, snarky lawyers, and ego-bloated corporate executives.

Is SCAB safe for the environment? Or is it a toxic chemical sludge? Can our LIQuID 5 heroines use their new abilities to ferret out the truth without getting caught? The fate of the local environment, both physical and political, is at stake.
