Memories of a grandfather for his grandchildren about growing up in a remote rural area and a coal camp in West Virginia during the first half of the twentieth century, written as short stories, some very short. Compiled to reflect social, economic, and cultural circumstances of the times, there is a bit of humor, sadness, and just plain everyday life events of the author.
