Final collection by David Ignatow, whose career spanned half a century during which he published 19 books, the most recent being David Ignatow: Uncollected Poems of the Fifties and Sixties (BOA Editions, 1998), which to date has sold 1034 copies. A two-time recipient of the prestigious Guggenheim fellowship, Ignatow was the subject of a memorial tribute written by Grace Schulman, Harvey Shapiro and Robert Bly for the Winter 1998-99 American Poet.
