Loneliness & Being

During the past three decades the focus, attention, affirmations and values associated with a person have increasingly been confined to the dimension of Doing inherent in what we do in all of our roles in life. This writing is intended to introspectively and reflectively revive mindfulness of the realms of valuing a person's essence transcending the dimension of Doing into the realm of Being. Being reflects a person's commitment to authenticity with self, others and promoting a truth seeking heart of what is, is (actuality). Loneliness is inherent in the non-judgmental commitment of Being and full Presence in the here and now in loving, seeing, listening and touching with a fully informed heart with self, others and communion with nature which are intensely real, powerful and beautiful.
