Expressions of a Soul-Raw-Honest-Sexy-Truth. Life has a way of keeping us on the go and in constant motion. It's that constant that sometimes gives us the illusion of dealing with or overcoming situations and emotions. It's not until the pause that we really discover what's lurking on the inside. Loss Love & Life is my ode to the pause. It is my flawed yet honest way of expressing and using words as the architect of the truth within my heart without judgment and allowing space to heal.
