The United States has devolved into a feudal society; epidemics rage unchecked due to the collapse of the health system; ecoterrorists are bent on destroying every landmark in the book "1,001 Must-See Sites in North America"; the population is ruled by conspiracy theories. America during the apocalypse is, in short, only a bit more twisted than it is today. "Love in the Time of the Apocalypse" invites us to explore a twisted view of the End Times where love and a good sense of humor can triumph over millennia of prophecy.
