Love Your Life

This is a short book about your life, about all of the parts of life which we sometimes take for granted. This book is about looking at those parts of your life with fresh eyes and an open heart. In the introductory pages are instructions to help you relax into a more loving space. We don't just tell you to love your life (that's lame!) - we give you practical steps you can use to do so. We have recommended readings and meditations to look into in the back of the book to further your practice. Hopefully you will love your life a little bit more by the end of this book. This book is great for all ages.
