Luck of the Polish

Three trips to the altar and Marisha is still single. Bad luck seemed to follow her around like a black cloud. Is she cursed? Someone was spying on her, making prank calls to her apartment, and she had a feeling that sometimes, she was even being followed.

Through her diary, Marisha relives her early years in Poland. Orphaned at an early age, she was bounced around from one relative to the next. An invitation to come and live with an aunt in Canada seemed like an answer to a young girl's prayers; however, very quickly it had turned out to be yet another nightmare. It took thirty years and a trip to Mexico for Marisha to discover the source of her bad luck.
