Maili Beach

A man is buried alive on a Hawaiian beach watched by a shadowy figure. Karl tries to find out what happened to his cousin during a trip home to his father's funeral and discovers his family are members of the "The Company". Karl's mother gives him a family heirloom - a case full of illegally acquired land deeds. Karl decides with the help of his friend Jake to makes some money for himself by selling the land deeds. Things don't go according to plan...
