I thought our love was meant to last a lifetime.

When I was thirteen I met a boy.

At eighteen I knew I would spend forever with him.

At twenty-two our forever was even closer than before.

Then at twenty-four our forever was cut short.

Two years later I'm starting over.

I never thought it would be with my student's father.

She walked into my bar on a Tuesday night.
