From the gangs on the streets of Western Sydney to sustaining a life-changing injury in Far North Queensland, Paul Innes' life has been an extreme but inspiring rock and rollercoaster ride.

Thirty-four years after an accident that left him a quadriplegic, Paul is living his best life.  What would have broken most people was the making of Paul Innes. Instead of being weakened by his injury, it empowered him in diverse ways.

Having successfully created a sanctuary that brought back from the abyss, four of Queensland's frogs that were thought to be missing, he now searches for the next property that he will turn into a self-sufficient resort-style sanctuary.

His prosperous business, a disability care service, now runs independently of him while he records with his band and does hilarious skits for his sit-down comedy. Indeed, Paul has led a remarkable and widely influential, contributory life.
