Making History

Essays in this volume honor and reflect on Richard L. Kalmin's wide-ranging impact on the field of rabbinics. Contributors explore a variety of topics from the development of the Talmud to rabbinic storytelling, from the transmission of tales across geographic and cultural boundaries to ancient Jewish and Iranian interactions.
