Hal Mayer's experience in coaching, teaching and corporate training has greatly influenced his church leadership and is felt in his writing. After coaching (High School basketball and football) and teaching for five years, Hal went back to school to train for the ministry. He has served local churches in small group ministry, leadership development, Executive Pastor and Lead Pastor.
