Mason and The Conflict CAT is an engaging story about kids using mindfulness to resolve conflicts peacefully, on their own. When Marleigh wants everyone to go on the swings and Henry and Sergio want everyone to play soccer, they begin to argue about which is better, swings or soccer. Just as the conflict starts heating up, Mason yells "STOP!" and helps them use the Conflict CAT - Calm Down (with mindfulness), Apologize, and Toolbox - to arrive at a solution they can all agree on.
