Maximizing Space Investment

This paper analyzes how the Air Force currently links space-based information to the warfighter's evolving needs. Regulations, systems engineering processes, and decision-making structures are analyzed. Recommendations are made to improve flexibility so more warfighter capability can be extracted from space-based information. The paper proposes small changes, coupled with a small investment, to manage change in today's warfighting and acquisition environments.
