When Art Ali and his group of medical cynics have their foray into other forms of higher education-like law school and engineering-after medical school, they license off Art Ali's medical engineering patents, including a cure for cancer and a medical organ transportation patent. They lead a vacation lifestyle until the patents get misappropriated. The novel is about their quest to save the world from the misappropriation of his engineering patents.
