Mei-Ling's Lemon Tea

Mei-Ling's Lemon Tea was written to coach children about the importance of looking after themselves first, so that they have enough energy to look after others.  By learning about self-care early on how to put their own needs first   they will learn that they can do all the things they want to do, have to do and need to do for a life-time.
